Thank goodness Spring is here! I'm shedding the layers of my cozy winter wardrobe and slowly replacing them with lighter fabrics and brighter colors. It feels great! But, as I reach into my warm weather wardrobe I'm handed my reality check. The skin that's been hiding under sweaters and jackets for the past five months has been sorely neglected. OK...time to get the bod back in shape and ready for public viewing! Besides...soft, healthy skin just makes me feel so much better!
